  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management. Stripe stores your payment details under their own privacy policy.
  • Supabase — Database hosting and authentication services.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI model provider for chat, research, and briefing generation. Conversation data is sent to generate responses.
  • Yahoo Finance — Market data provider for quotes, historical prices, and financial data.
  • Brave Search — News and web search results for research reports.
  • Telegram / Discord — Message delivery for briefings and alerts (only if you connect these channels).
  • Vercel — Application hosting and deployment.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Chat history is retained for the duration of your account unless you delete individual conversations.
  • Market cache data is retained temporarily (minutes to hours) and automatically expires.
  • Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export: Request a machine-readable export of your data.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate personal information through your Settings page.
  • Opt-out: Disable daily briefings, alerts, or channel integrations at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible Analytics) that do not use cookies or track individuals. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

7. CCPA Disclosure (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information.
